In any industry, a person who has been successful doing it will be able to kickstart their kid’s career much better and in a planned manner than an outsider.. he knows the in and outs of the business... a new person has to learn the trade to compete with the already established people... 

Politics and Movies are discussed by people a lot... and are always in news.. so nepotism stamp vesestaru...

If acting is so easy, why isn't everyone another Meryl Streep. Acting is an art form only some people can master.

Some people got good opportunities to prove themselves, some haven't. Some like lol bob fail despite multiple opportunities. Doesn't have anything to do with nepotism. In fact, I like Ram Charan in Rangasthalam better than a lot of Chiranjeevi's performances. But Ram Charan didn't act like that in any other movie.
