They follow extreme programming, Acceptance Test Driven Development , Code reviews entire org lo each employee ki potayi so every developer checks 3 times before code check in, one of the very few companies which knows how to follow agile development. Hackathons etc etc.

If given an opportunity i will go to that company in a heart beat.  Loved working there.
