Yeah BJP in AP is a joke.. not that they are any better in Karnataka in terms of doing good for Hindu causes. You must see the amount of appeasement KA government is doing buy putting out stats on how much subsidies they have given and how empowered the minorities have become under the current government and all. YSRCP guys are extremly good at manipulation. Look at the way Jagan and his family deal with Hindus and get their support even though they are hard-core Xian. YSRCP Govt form ayyaka Subbu Swamy Tirupati vellinappudu he has been treated extremly well by SubbaReddy and co. Subbu Swamy is happy about that. And YSRCP is using him for PR which Subbu Swamy is happy to do because of treatment he has been getting whenever he comes to Tirupati.

I agree on the ego part. He is not without flaws. The main reason went after the Gandhi family and hellbent on stopping SG from becoming PM was his ego only which helped. But calling Bhrindanwale as Saint and all that stuff is unwanted @NiranjanGaaru
