too much demand man. buyers unte...why will they reduce prices? i can understand other cities , but dallas and austin have positive net migration.

Multiple reasons.. migration to “perceived” low cost and low tax cities... many people got GC’s and EAD’s.. many people got permanent wfh...

ledhu dude..i have been planning for sometime now. Most likely rates kani tagagvu and recission radu. Fed eerange lo print chestunte how can you expect any downturn? eppudu unde foreclosures untune untayi irrespective of trend. Anduke i decided to go for it.
