He who doesn't hate will always tend to have love for the world.

When you have love for the world it means there is still an element of attraction/attachments associated with it. 

Salvation can only be achieved once we have hate for everything that is worldly. God is only one that's worth the love. 

Hate must not be misinterpreted as despiseness here. Despise is much intense than hatred.

I don’t hate or love anything around me... I try to stay unattached (non attachment).. all the pain, is due to attachment. Bcoz nothing is permanent.

Not at all. Salvation can be achieved only when we get rid of selfishness and see everything equal.  Love everyone equally.

Can love exist without attraction/attachment? 

Isn't love is all about love and attachment.  Tell me one example if possible. 

I think you are just over subscribing to the hate part here. The word hate here means to denounce things  completely.

Nope . Love is not about attraction or attachment. 

When you love everything and everyone there is no attachment or attraction. Every thing looks same .
