Eppuddhoo Undhi. We weren't aware and found the documents recently. Emaina cheyyocha? Its 1000 sq yards. 

What if someone already occupied them already? It's just patta papers rather than registration  documents. Any suggestions?

I think registration apice lo manushalani pattukunte pani aythadhi. Hyderabad outskirts ante minimum 25k untadhi. 2.5 crore property antha careless ga ela unnaru bhayya.

Patta land document undhi from tahsildhar of local panchayat. Now I think it's under municipal corporation.

Okay. If it's really worth it? I will plan a trip to India. My parents kind of gave up since its been so long and they are also uneducated.
