Okanoka time lo 225 lbs bench chesetodini now 135 only. Need to build up strength again.

i cant lift weights. wrist bone needs a surgery. postponing it :(

Naaku shoulder issues unnai man same problem I cant lift heavy anymore. Maybe rotator cuff issue for me, tennis adi adi

my best was around 100lbs+, progress avtunna time to Covid ochchindii, potta ochchindii.

may be it's your stance, are you arching your back? Also, see if changing your grip helps. Palms should be close but not too wide while gripping the bar
