jawaani_jaaneman Posted March 2, 2021 Report Posted March 2, 2021 We had a webinar couple of weeks back regarding WFH Do’s and Dont’s There were HR and tax experts also present and they we advising the teams to implement hybrid models, like asking people to come to work once a week or on rotational basis just to avoid legal and tax complications. Like people may move out to lower cost of location while running they pay checks from another state, H1b’s amendments, re-negotiate on salaries, etc. Quote
