Adi kakunda konni areas lo MUD tax kuda untundi... if you go to Celina or some areas of Prosper...for a house of 500K, you will pay a minimum of $1000 per month as property taxes in DfW area

I am thinking between Atlanta and Dallas. 700k house ki taxes are a lot cheaper in Cumming, GA than Frisco, TX. State tax benefit mostly even out aipotundi.. Any suggestions.. I have close friends in Atlanta and some distant family in Dallas. Ee California virakti vachindi want to move by summer..

they have to make it up somewhere. Rumor is that TX will have a state tax by 2026

Atlanta lo school district bhagunda? remember that if you have kids - being in a top tier school is good and you will be happy to pay the taxes for it. 

for some reason , atlanta ki migration thaggipoindi. maybe locals can give more info.
