HDL Greater than 30 vundali. last year 37 vundindhi, e year 30 (not much physical activity last year 2020 lo) LDL: less than 130 vundali last year 137 vundindhi, e yr 131 (Konchem improve) need to focus on HDL. anyone had good improvements?
