China cyber attack on mumbai power grid is just a bullshit conspiracy theory

In India power grid is not operated by computers, they are only used for monitoring the system, majority of switching operations are manual. So a cyberattack caused mumbai power grid to fail is totally bulls#it . The outage was due to human errors, wrong judgements and not bringing back equipment online on time before mumbai morning peak load hits. But ignorant people started barking china China again.
