Hi All,

My wife is currently on visiting visa and can stay in US until April end of this year. I am planning to apply for H4 in Mexico? Can anyone please guide me if they have already been there? Or will applying for change of status work instead of going to Mexico. Please help.

B1/B2 visa nundi H4 easy aa bro??  COS aithe at least 8 months paduthundhi...mexico dates full ga available anukunta...counselor processing or COS edhaina okkate but time constraint is the problem with COS...my only doubt is "how to convince visa officer for B1/B2 to H4"...%$#$
