Question: are you using a Carbon steel WOK? If no , you will never ever be able to replicate that taste

high BTU gas stove with Carbon steel WOK use chesi try cheyyu, u will definitely get that taste

just be extra liberal while using ajinomoto and oil.

the way street side noodles are cooked is called flash cooking - high heat lo sear avthaayi ingredients that itself provides tastes.

btw we will never get the exact taste ..

I get almost 90-95% taste  but careful ga prep work antha chesukovaali , for my lazy asss takes 45 minutes

stove on chesinappati nunchi cooking aypodaniki barely takes 3-4 minutes . 

ayinaaa bandi meeda  vadu substandard and cheap quality products vaduthadu, to supplement, copius amounts of amino's  esthadu like soy sauce, ajinomoto, red chili sauce, green chili sauce, chili vinegar etc.

dont chase that taste, its not perfection, its just nostalgia

india nunchi akkarledu nayana. Any normal store like walmart, target, tj maxx, home goods lo dorukutayi. nenoka $20 ki 6 years back konna. inka bagane undi.

technically thick is good, but mana intlo stove ki thick will be very hard to heat and you cant simply toss it. noodles and fried rice, its all about tossing without mixing a lot ani naaku anipinchindi

Secret is msg , but it’s not good to eat .

I think probably it’s the magic of Wok- probably cooking in that over and over develops a burnt taste.
