FTE with FAANG aithe you don't need GC....H1 extension ki em problem vundadhu FAANG tho, very high approval rate...pay elaagoo ekkuva vuntadi...

Job lo em changes undav except every 3 years exTENSION undadu.

Life perspective might change the way you plan things more confidently(oka 5-10 year plan which may not be possible on h1), you can go easy on expenses and budgets, overseas vacations will be easy, live a more peaceful life and don’t have to worry about administrative changes  every year.

if ur  working for industry leaders in tech  and are already an FTE there  GC wont make a difference other than the pesky stamping and immigration issues

but lowdalo consulting jobs chesukuntu unna vallaki GC makes a lot of difference coz (but the more number of such GC vuncles, then rates will come down again)
