Entha FTE unna sometimes it's scary bro you don't know lay off etu side ninchi vastado some times company results, nee group results reorg , etc etc I know we have 2 months notice and some 2 months grace , but still pressure free

In future future In case parents.kosam you want to take break for 2 to 3 months,  easy ga second thought lekinda tisujuntav ,no stamping is varam 

Some times clients don't sponsor h1b 

Spouses ki no h4 is varam and many more bro its freedom

Yes and no. Was working with a vendor project manager, he is avg guy. Jumped from 95k to 200 plus with it director title in 2 yr time..

I realized with some proper planning we don't need to risk anything..now he is looking for CTO roles..I know there are lot of people falls into bucket you mentioned..
