Critical usciss problem, askng for friend

Hi. There is a problem if anyone knows solution to. The offer letter and employment verification letter has start date few days early than the receipt notice due to employer mistake. But the pay slip has date that is equal to receipt notice and a letter from the employer saying the mistake is their fault. Will uscisss accept this? Or deny the case? Thank you guys.

The thing is, this is for I-485 adjusting the status and it is purely employer mistake to have those dates on offer letter and verification letter. RFE is given to explain these dates. Employer provided the mistake letter and the pay slip is matching the recepit date. Lawyer wants use this evidence and respond to the RFE. Tense situation.

 I am not an attorney but i think this would be fine.  Trust the attorney no one knows more than them.

mistakes do happen, retain appropriate documentation aka objective evidence and submit when asked sometimes proactive notification to uscis make sense
