Indian civilization lo kuda we have henna so probably unde nemo trimming of course not with clippers but kattula toh avvachu. 

Also if u do a lot of hard labor, definitely rough surfaces ki tagili nails become shorter. Epudaina nee pet dog ki konchem trimming late chesi chudu...irritate aipoi rough surfaces meeda baga urkutai to soften the nails

Buddha never claimed to have powers anyway. Lot of written and recorded history kuda undiga. He din even want to be treated as god. Agree with Guru Nanak as well. I don't know about rest of the people. I m just comfortable being an agnostic
