H1 transfer peduthunna, old employer nundi collect cheskovalsina documents checklist emaina undha ?

1) I-140 approve ayye 2yrs aithundi old employer cannot do anything kada ?

2) I-140 approval copy undi na dagara..other than any specific documents to collect from old employer ?
