H4 EAD is based on your 140 (whether you have it or not) and H4 validity... has nothing to do with your employer..

So, no impact..

Thank you , So if new employer files h4 and I get h4 validity for till 2022is h4 ead  valid till 2022 or old h4 ead 2023?

if you get h4 until 2022 with EMP B, no impact for h4 ead. you can file ext at 2022 and continue with ead. this is my understanding.. h4 and h4 ead are different. though its tied to primary applicant.
