After Jaya’s demise, AIADMK was on the verge of collapse, infighting, sasikala faction, OPS, etc. 

But today, AIADMK do not have too many serious problems. Is it EPS behind all of these or BJP but EPS made his presence felt in Tamil Politics where two people have dominated politics for three decades.

EPS exceeded all the exceptations

He is first guy from gounder caste to become CM, he is first guy from western Tamilnadu to became CM (it can be compared with uttarandhra in ap) 

He is good strategist and an introvert, jaya's favorite guy other than ops

He built his support well by making good moves in party by making peace with ops and downsizing saskila influence , only thing which haunts is 10 year anti incumbency, his 3 year rule was better than karuna and jaya 's, proved well in all economic indicators
