Telangana 24 hrs free current is short sighted policy , that will lead to disaster in the long run if not regulated . Especially if monsoon fails . EVen in coastal Andhra , areas with fish ponds are experiencing high ground water depletion . TG and AP have too much regional variations , they just grouped everything to 5-10 but the depth varies a lot district by district . Hell even in same district there is a lot of variation in AP due to large districts Quote
