Much hyped Indian trains turned hospitals, where are they ?

India lo corona stating time lo around April first week anukunta, social media motham govt turned trains to hospitals with oxygen facilities ani baga pracharam chesaru, but not seen them anywhere during peak COVID times and when people are suffering to get oxygen at local govt hospitals.

Are those trains really existed or just a media hype ?
