This is subtle sexism at play I say.

Her point is valid in that women are not compensated equally, but if she talks about herself then no she doesn’t really deserve equal remuneration. Simple because she is not doing equal work. Full length role play chesthe obvious ga she would get compensated accordingly. 
  And regarding Nayanathara Anushka I agree they need to be paid more
