Dont use paid services to book visa/ofc slots - just heard from colleague that on his friends visa got rejected as the appointment came in from a certain ip address. Just 1 or twice a day to book a slot and remember to logout to keep yourself locked out for 72 hours

Is visa appointment rejected since it the request came from a 3rd party or visa itself rejected?
