I restrict my husband from cooking for the same reason 😂, okasari potatoes shapeless ga cut chestunte ...ila equal size lo cut cheyali ani chepte he got a ruler to measure and cut it 😑. Aah shock tatkoleka inkenni ghoralu chudalo ani bhayam vesi vaddu mahaprabho ani pampichesa.   

But I can understand measuring sizes for sushi though, if u don't slice them properly in right sizes  it gets disintegrated and falls apart.
