No one asked center to give it captive mines ,no one expressed concern on high interest loans , no one questioned center when it was making thousands of crores of losses , no one questioned why the plant has high operational inefficiency , etc The best state government can do is ensure that existing employees don't get affected much and make sure whoever is taking it over will invest money into vizag .
