Industry pays atleast two to three times that of academia. If I move to industry, I will get more money and better work life balance. But, I will most likely regret not being in academic research.

but they donno the guy flirting with his wife is the actual father of the research guys kid which he will realize some 10 yrs later as he is so busy discovering the world.

That's why my husband does research too and our kids are illegitimate, we had them before getting married

Okkasari new work set ayyaka work like balance adhe vastadi... 30k ante big money in US and you may struggle for first few months but no risk no honey
