Client will pay to your vendor and if vendor is American company , he is pay to your H1 holder company .

if vendor is desi, he will say , your employee betrayed and left the client, and he won’t pay.

no matter what, your H1B holding company won’t pay you.

Prime vendors if non desi - he will pay for all you worked even an hour. 

Prime vendor desi - he will not be willing to pay your employer - as desi employers are sh1t. 

You can officially go to any court if you did not get your pay for any number of hours you have worked. Doesnt matter even if its 1/2 hour, you still need to get that. And if you dont you can fight for it legally.  Period.
