H1 to H4 EAD question

Brothers koncham info Ivandi.. wife's job is over like last month and employer said he will send H1B revocation to USCIS this month end.. dini amma 1 month nunchi trying for job but market la no one is asking for H1B candidate.. they are saying H4 EAD.. legal ga I heard she can stay 60 days after revocation and try finding employer to transfer H1B is this correct. 
H4 ki change of status chestey I heard it is taking like 9 months to get EAD.. I heard from friends that worst case India poyi H4 stamping cheskoni vachi EAD apply chestey 3 months lo vastundi ani is this correct.. if we don't find any other employer to transfer H1B.. Enni days lo H4 change of status apply chestey better.. 

Already attorney ki email petina all this qns.. but posting here too if any one went through same boat🤦‍♂️

1) H4 visa status taking avg 9 months because of Bio-metric appointment.

2) Alternatively go to india and get H4 visa stamped

3) Apply stand-alone H4 EAD , karma kakapothe sometimes they could ask bio-metric finger prints again,  otherwise you will get EAD in 4 to 6 months

with out job.. H1 transfer chestaru aa ippudu.. as USCIS people were coming on site ga..

I think transfer ki apply chesaka, amendment vestadu.. client letter submit cheyyamani.. meanwhile, they can find a job..

we are in same boat bro,  May end last anni chepparu, Last 2 months nunchi calls vasthunna no H1's antunarru. Planning to apply H4 and apply EAD. Koncham break thissukonni and learn some new stuff and search for job again after she got EAD. 

Not sure what will happen to H1 ..? if she moves to H4. can she move back to H1 again if needed ..? 

H1 undi India velli, Malli H4 tho stamping ki vellatam will it work out ...? Enno questions ....
