Take VPN, use india server , sign up for youtube premium using India debit card .. 120 rupees per month ..  You can use same gmail account in US without any issues .. just sign up needed to be using india server ..

I signed up for a free course with Purdue Univ during Covid last year, that ID still works so I use that. 

Unnai google cheyi plenty of resources to get a student ID
