Ok will check with other attorney whether is it mandatory to have both I-140 approval for 180 days and 180 pending  status on 485 (notice date or received date or ups delivery date).

"On January 23, 2021, we accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485", if you are looking this date , this is not the date 180 days counter , its the date it reached them (it will be same as your 765 reached them alobg with 485)
