enduku chodaru, those are clearly understood in context of "how India ended with with begging bowl by 1991"

all major countries and states racked up a lot of debt due to covid stimulus packages . Not everything is a failure of politicians  .

That's a good thing , developing countries need to invest more into infrastructure .

China is upto 250% debt to gdp ratio .

EVen a state like Gujarat which had debt to GSDP of 18% went up to 30% now due to the slowdown .

everything will come down after sometime

china debt to gdp is 60 percent not 250 percent. You are confusing national debt with govt debt. High debt is not good for developing countries like india which have high interest rates, low supply chain effeciences and no real manufacturing base.

Debt is careful thing - if done well it will increase gdp and lead to tax increases. But indian govt doesnot know how to handle debt.
