Multi split anedhi is more used for commercial purpose single Outdoor unit can serve for multiple Indoor units. Inti use ki seperate undatam better thats what he is saying. See below pic how

Bedrooms ki 1.5 Ton should be enough & Hall matuku minimum 2 Ton padudhi...
