I tried vinegar+baking soda. It’s looking lot better now.

Use colors  disinfect spray.. Rub for multiple times .. it will work out

try this ... Hoover Oxy Deep Cleaning Carpet Shampoo. Try it a corner spot to make sure it doesnt damage your carpet. I dont know about Pasupu .. My son spilled food coloring on carpet and this worked perfectly. You may have to try few times .. single wash lo mottam remove avvaka povachu

call local carpet cleaners, they will do it for 100-150. Better than heavy fines by apartment management.

It happened to me once, glass of haldi water spilled over carpet, i called the cleaners, they said we gonna try, they brought their equipment, that big huge carpet vaccum cleaner, the guy spent 1 hr, it was gone partially, after lot of sprays, and vaccuimng, but it didnt go completely. Like 70% it was gone, the carpet cleaning company did not take even a 1$, he said since the job was not done, he wont charge me, then later i called and said please accept 50$ atleast as a tip, for the time your guy spent in cleaning this thing, the boss guy said No its fine, and said please refer us to your neinghbours and friends, but he didnt charge me a dime atleast. 

What a great guy, later when we moved out, the apartment people couldnt know anything about carpet, it was not visible unless you peep so deep into it.
