Currently getting around 118k in consulting field, location - Michigan 

Tampa, Florida lo aite full time vachindi - base+min bonus = $138k plus benefits. Flexible to wfh all the time

Location wise and salary wise Is it worthy to move there ?

bonus is always variable so take the numbers with a grain of salt..base should be your indicator I guess, also FTE with benefits antunnavu ga , looks to be a better option..congrats!

hard to get a FT there. go ahead , cost of living is low and housing costs are also reasonable. i think schools are not that great so pick an area based on that.
