At facebook i got ~ 25% hike when i got promoted. Its mostly to match my pay to promoted level

15 to 20% regular pay hike every year ? which company ? aa range hike you will get only when promoted in companies I have seen. 2-4% in our org

if you  get a better performance rating there will be a significant bonus but pay hike is mostly around 3-4%..

promotion is a different ball game...it depends on the position..
