Those violence's are getting reduced each election year by election year

In 2019 elections there were only 3 incidents reported in WB, in 2019 there are no any paramilitary forces in WB

providing security for polls is fine but not this "West Bengal POLICE will NOT be allowed within 100m of polling station.. Every booth to be covered by Paramilitary forces:  Election Commission ."

what's the problem when West Bengal police covers polling stations ? So they won't provide security ?

Why can't para military forces work with West Bengal police ?

Hmm..Usually state elections lo paramilitary force radaniki oka reason vuntadi..thats the norm and most of the time, Local Police will take up bandobast, gurading of EVM and strong rooms and transport of election material apart from local law and order, election major security will be covered by Para Military, adi kuda neutral language state nundi force ni teppistaru...for example, Bengal lo mostly south Indian states forces vuntayi..

This is the norm, even before Modi came to power. 

Coming to institutes and their funding, anthaga enduku serios teesukuntunav a institutes ni asalu ? some sh!t grade institutes who have no work..why can't you trust your expereince with India ?
