Can we put papers from India for client here in US

working in US and already in India. got FTE offer..can we give 2 week notice from India.

So by the time I am back in US my notice is done and I can ship laptop and join new company

yes , but you will get your I94 valid till the current employer h1 end date

, because you entered the country with that i797/h1stamping

you might have to renter the country once this expires consult with attorney
