It happens with me too but I try to overcome and many times I succeeded

I've watched many videos on procrastination. How to get over it? Watching videos itself causes procrastination I guess. I try to not use my laptop & phone on weekends atleast to disconnect myself from spending too much time online. But due to some or the other work I open my laptop and don't know how many hours I spend checking YT unknowingly. :(

Learn meditation. Meditate 15 minutes first thing in the morning. 

Practice mindfulness, learn to live in the moment. Trust me do this for 3 months and you'll be a different person.

ok don't beat yourself up then

if you are not happy with what you're or where you're now then act towards what or where you want to be.

Take an initiative for the change, be consistent with your efforts.

Even if you're starting with small changes it could have a bigger impact over time

Either act or be content. There's no point whining.

Bro manalomana mata..ivi chepadaniki baguntayi kani cheyadam antha easy na..esp habit form cheskodam adi committed ga follow avadam. Mindfull living try chestha..mainly tine appudu distractions lekunda em tintunano enjoy chestho tinadaniki..but ee process lo I get zoned out.

Join a group bro there are online groups that do it. Edaina you have to make it a habit for it to stick. 

Dont just do it by yourself. Mindfulness isnt just about practicing it 15 minutes in the morning, it will help you stay focused for the rest of the day doing what you are doing so your past won't come back to haunt you.

Do you know any such groups which focus only on that without any chat section or option to chitchat?

Yeah I'll try to find something for you bro.

They are less on chit chat more on focusing on the meditation aspect itself.

It's free try it out. 

Meditate 4 days a week for 15 minutes to begin with. Then do it 7 days a week. 

Use binaural beats if needed for better focus

Yes I started with pranayama.

I focused on my breath when I began. Now I'm in more control so I can do it by stilling my mind. 

I'm able to learn new things faster I have noticed. Even things I thought were too difficult for me plus my recall has improved.

My eventual goal is to meditate one hour a day. 30 minutes in the morning at 5 am and 30 minutes before I go to bed at 11 pm.

I'm building a meditation garden in our backyard with bamboo trees, miniature waterfall, raised platform to sit etc
