Depends on where they are brought up bro, in the US. 

Naaku telisina chaala mandi ABCDs unnaru who aren't desperate to seek White people's validation, they usually have their own social circles who have a mix of other Indian kids, White, and Asian kids. 

Mostly Indians and Asians are in the socio economic status as the White kids so they hang out together, not necessarily because they want to be with Whites. Black kids and Hispanic kids usually hang out together as well due to the socio economic similarities.

I also knew one Indian American guy in college who grew up in the hood with other Black people, and he used to be a rapper. Vaadi last name telugu mari, his parents are from guntur

most abcds obviously born and brought up here. 

Simple logic, they're in a system of american culture and society. They;re and they will be just like any American out. 

At Home: Parents force them to follow indian culture, 

End of the day ABCD win, doing what they like to do, yes they do like to hangout with any fellow american, cos they feel exactly the same with only color difference, which is not a big deal at all. 

There will be some exception people, who are ABCD and wear langa voni, pattu panche, eating daal roti as guided by their parents,  doesnt mean that all abcd's are like them.
