Eppudaina PRC will be implemented from its previous time period like this PRC should be given in 2018 but due to govt delay it is given in 2021...so PRC should be implemented from 2018...every PRC ki itlaney jaruguthadhi, govt chesina delay ki responsibility la anna maata...
