I-485 Clarification needed

Maa abbayi name "Rama Sai" but some clerical mistake valla "Sai Rama" ani birth certificate vachchindi. Time lekha adhe name passport loa kuda vaadaamu. Idhi 2006 naati katha. H1b Stamping, US i-94 card, one more H4 approval meeda kuda "Sai Rama" ane print ayyi vundi. He was below 5 years old.

2010 loa  India velli nappudu.. We went to muncipal office and asked them correct the name as per hospital records and they issued a a new birth certificate. .Passport loaa kuda name maarpinchaamu to matych with Birth certifcate. Appati nundi adhe peru vaadutunnaamu. Ekaada other names loaa pathaa name vaadaledhu to avoid life long confusion,

Same we did in I-485 also...Biometric loaa kudaa alaane cheddamu anukuntunnaamu.

Future loaa edayyina problem avutundaa during I-485 approval time. He is now 16 years old. Konchem tension gaa vundi

I should have done done. This was the best approach. Should I just leave it now. I have a biometric and I need to fill a form asking if there are any other names

Yes, previously used names lone rayali. Ask your attorney to change it if they didn't change it yet.
