Why actress do lot of marketing in front of gym ? With the money they have they should be able to afford their own private gym in home and a personal trainer who will come home .

Because it's the best " dignified"way  to expose / more clicks / publicity without spending a dime. If they wear similar clothes in a studio for photo shoot , perspective changes...in the guise of yoga/fitness they are selling instagram clicks.
