Yes bro unfortunately. You cannot even appeal the decision, MTR cheskovachu and removal proceedings lo they will give you one more chance to explain your case. 

Btw why u think of denial?

 

When you are adjusting the status, ne whole employment history check chestharu and any unauthorized work or stay will be asked to explain in RFE(few people I know faced these issues). Ne employers and clients letters, H1 papers dates and important details anni correct ga pettukondi.
