Guntur Talkies can be called as landmark film in Tollywood.

If that movie has Adavi shesh or any new actor, it would have been huge..

at the time I watched, Guntur Talkies was the best Telugu movie I watched.

Now it is replaced by Falaknuma Das. and I forgot why I liked Guntur Talkies in the first place. When I watched the film, I was surprised how amazing the movie was.

The movie making usually takes between 2 to 4 crores if there are no big movie sets or VFX. 60 to 70% of the expenditure goes to the hero and director. 10 to 15% to heroines and other actors and the remaining 10 to 15% for making. If someone has true passion and can gather a good team they can make a quality output movie in 2 to 4 crores with fresh faces..

agree bro... but even today fans and anti-fans make or break movie to an extent ...especially 3 years back.... rajashekhar didn't have big market to begin with. even in US, many didn't care to watch... it is an experience to watch that movie in theatre..
