Pelli choopulu is made with < 1 Cr - more like 60 lkahs. 

ENE - 2 Cr , even with expensive cameras and Goa location , more remuneration for director.. i was surprised.. he gave a block buster with Pelli choopulu and still entire budget for next movie is > 2 CR ? WOW.

Jathirathnalu - making 3c is what I heard. another 2c spent on marketing..

ENE - no remunerations for big heros or technicians so the budget automatically stayed low..

Pelli Choopulu was a one time phenomenon.

we need a production house like Miramax to consistently bring out good movies outside the typical big budget family fare.

btw, Goodachari was a mess in terms of plot and acting.

the new heroine was gorgeous though.

There are much better small budget movies in Telugu to talk about. May be they didn't make the kind of money Goodachari and PSV did, which is sad.

Yep... they have rotary of technicians available, studios ready ... it is like software factory.. 

studios can do it with some effort...  you already know the talent by looking at their previous work on social media... 

netflix and prime is doing this at very very high level... what projects to backup and how much to fund.

he is working on his next movie now... he is next generation movie maker.. not like old directors who only do one thing.. he is busy and doing what ever he likes to do.
