Changing career at 33, pros & cons

20's motivated by money...IT job is all about shortcuts/ shady paperwork/ long hours

Now in 30's i need reputation more than money: service, customer friendly with interaction  jobs,

Pros:

Adventurous

Courage

no use of digital, virtual people.

cons:

Doesnt make much money
