10 years exp ki 25 ante takkuve.

I know ppl who moved back and getting those salaries.. they are Sr. Director level with reputed companies..

My cousin got a job in a Pune company (HQ Houston) with 70 Lacs package. 10 yrs exp principle sw engineer. Not anta info. He said they are actually finding it hard to get quality developers in India who can work independently without any push from the team.
