You cannot buy a home in bay area with 150k salary. Thats bitter truth.. rent antey 1bed ki 2-2.5k.. 2bed ki 2.5-3.5k untadhi.

Atleast now rental market chala down lo undi bro , you can try for two bed for 2500 to 2600 decent , aafter analzying your job and market and housing market illu gurinchi alochinchudu kani, this is w.rt bay area
