Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator role or the equivalent

• Skill in creating formulas and performing V-lookups in Excel

• Familiarity with using Salesforce Flow and Process Builder

• Ability to pull and create custom Salesforce reports and dashboards

• Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Salesforce Administrator certification

• 3 years of experience in Systems Administration (server and network)

• 1 year of experience with Apex, Visual Basic, C# or PowerShell

• In-depth knowledge of cloud-based applications, such as Sales Cloud or Service Cloud

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field
